Policies
- A 24 HOUR ADVANCED NOTICE (prior to your regularly scheduled lesson time) must be given in order to receive a make-up. No make-ups will be given for missed make-up or rescheduled lessons . Two make-up lessons per semester; Fall, Aug-Dec, Spring Jan-May, Summer June-July will be permitted (with 24 hour notice).
- Makeups are scheduled by the teacher according to the teachers scheduled makeup lesson days at the end of each semeter. Makeups may be Privte , Group, or Online .
- Make-up lessons must be taken the same semester lesson or lessons were missed. We do not carry over makeup lessons to another semester. If you have an emergency please contact your instructor.
- If a student wishes to discontinue study, a thirty day written notice is required. Notice will take effect on the first calendar day of the upcoming month. If written notice is given before the first lesson of the month tuition is charged for that month only.
- Telephone calls, emails, or simply telling your teacher does not constitute a written notice. Please ask teacher for withdraw form.
- If you terminate enrollment during months with three lessons no makeup or refund will be given for fourth lesson. If you terminate lessons during months with five lessons you are not charged for an extra lesson.
- Once a lesson time is established, it is important that we maintain his or her lesson time. One schedule change per semester; Fall, Aug-Dec, Spring Jan-May, and Summer June-July will be permitted at no additional charge. After the first change(per semester) a 25.00 fee per submittal form will incur.
